Design focus

I design for internal tools, AI-assisted workflows, and product systems where clarity matters.

My background combines product design, UX research, data analysis, and technical prototyping. I am especially interested in tools for developer productivity, collaboration, knowledge discovery, and high-stakes AI-assisted decisions.

Current direction

Second-year Ph.D. researcher in Computer and Information Sciences at RIT, with publications in ACM CHI, ACM CSCW, and AAAI ICWSM.

Product discovery + web implementation

Alpha Arts digital arts platform

Owned early product discovery and UX delivery for a public-facing digital arts initiative, turning audience needs into information architecture, user flows, prototypes, launch-ready specs, and responsive web pages.

  • Information architecture
  • Responsive web UI
  • Stakeholder feedback loops

Human-AI workflows

Trust and risk in AI-assisted decisions

Designed studies and evaluation frameworks that examine how AI performance, risk perception, task context, and trust shape user dependence in complex decision workflows.

  • Study design
  • Survey and interview instruments
  • Behavioral data analysis

E-commerce transformation

K11 customer and internal workflows

Translated business research, competitor benchmarks, and user-centered design insights into product recommendations, customer-experience flows, and operational workflows across 20+ provinces.

  • B2C information architecture
  • Competitor analysis
  • Workflow mapping

Data visualization

PatternedScience regional emotion map

Built a Python data workflow and static website that converted geolocation, sentiment, and COVID-topic signals from Twitter data into accessible map-based summaries.

  • Python analysis pipeline
  • Narrative visualization
  • Jekyll and Netlify

Strengths

How I can contribute to a product design team

  • Interaction design for dense workflows
  • Information architecture and content structure
  • Lightweight research and usability feedback
